Today here at the local UPS office (211 & Potranco) I felt like I was in a developing "Third World" country. I paid for priority delivery of a package within two days. On Wednesday I submitted the package, paid and the package was supposed to be delivered on Friday. On Saturday the package still had not been delivered. So I looked at the tracking and it showed me that the package would be delivered in a week, that is, the following Wednesday. I am going to ask the UPS office what happened, why the shipment was late and who will refund my money for priority mail that was not delivered? Answer from the UPS employee: on Wednesday, the day you submitted the package and the label was made, a driver from USPS, with whom we have a delivery agreement, came and took only half of the packages and that is why your package is delayed. I am wondering how it is possible that the driver takes whatever he wants from your office at UPS? The employee behind the customer counter pointed to a box/compartment, freely available in the office, from where the USPS carrier supposedly takes all the mail and that the other mail, which, as the employee pointed out, was behind her at the counter, he forgot to take. So, in fact, the USPS carrier is responsible for the delay in the shipment. How do I "track down the courier, the forgetful one"? I'm contacting USPS - of course they have no idea who the "bad guy" is so they can blame him, as UPS explained or "made it up". Then, after everything I've experienced with UPS, a logical question comes to mind - how is it possible that a USPS courier picks up mail from essentially someone else's office (UPS)? There's a simple answer to that - he regularly picks up mail from a designated place for him and "someone" forgot to put all the mail in the right place and left it behind the counter, in a place that is not normally accessible to the courier. Admitting a mistake may be difficult for some. I'm not judging the employee here, maybe she's new there and fighting for her position, because in today's world we need to work, or rather have a source of finance, to be able to pay our bills. I coped with it, thanks for the experience... I still give you 5 stars though..

Nahid is professional, patient and efficient. She made our numerous Amazon return process so smooth. She was definitely more helpful and understanding than other UPS locations. Will definitely return to this location.

I did not have a good experience. I asked if they were allowed to print a UPS label for me. I received attitude as if I should have known how things work. The label was printed by a staff member and then I was given a receipt for a copy fee and computer use fee. I didn't use a computer, they did. At no point were fees discussed and if I wanted to proceed.

(Scam alert) be careful with the pricing I was this location for sending a package & I went there with my boxes the lady over there put that package in a different box. Then she started taking my info as a part of process then the receiver info as process then she told me that package gonna be $40 then insurance is $10 & box is $10. I calmly ask her why is it $10 she got triggered & start yelling at me telling that it’s not a flea market & all I again politely ask her why are you mad about it mam I have plenty of boxes at my home I can just put in one of those & it’s good to go but still she have an attitude & language. I left the store & came back with my own box & went to a different person at that same location. The young lady over there did the same process & it came $29 including the insurance I was surprised & ask for a manager the young lady direct me to that same lady why was attending me before. I started my camera & ask her about the language & the behavior of her at my previous visit & the price difference. She again stated getting mad & just left the other guy who identify as her husband started telling things that make no sense. I left the store because at this point I have video evidence. Pls people make sure at this place I talk to people in my location group they all have same complain about them. They super rude (If any district manager is reading this review pls contact me) thanks
