  Excellent service and very professional from desk office personnel to IT technician explaining in layman terms of issue why my desktop computer kept freezing. Price was reasonable to get fix as I was trying to avoid purchasing new PC. Great job guys and keep up the good work and will definitely recommend to anyone who needs pc work.

  I brought my PC in for repairs and spent about 2 months working with this shop. Communication was good throughout, and the staff were professional and respectful. I made it clear that I was open to whatever it took to fix the issue—even if that meant replacing major components like the GPU or CPU. However, despite paying around $400, the problem was never resolved. After getting the system back, I was eventually able to diagnose and fix it myself. I appreciate their effort and professionalism, but based on my experience, they weren’t able to effectively fix the issue I brought in.

  Team was awesome, I came to retrieve my PC on Friday right before it closed, they allowed me to do a full test (allowing me to open up steam and launch a game) giving me peace of mind! Worth the time and money

  I have used this company for several years and they do great work and their staff are good people! I recommend them to anyone at work or home. They have helped me with some special help for my home computer for my son that is autistic. Barry with Classic Uniforms
