  Price tag says a price, cashier says another. This location tried to overcharge me twice. Cashier (Autumn) and manager at this day and time (Oct 7, 3:45pm) got pissed I asked them to verify their prices and to not overcharge me. Go to Office Depot save this store’s scam.

  Came here in Feb 2026 to get my art printed and laminated. The young lady who assisted me was excellent and the whole process was smooth and seamless! Yesterday, Oct 1st (~7:30pm) I returned to do the exact same process with the exact same USB, same file type, same file size. I requested all the same specifications as what I got in February, but to no avail. The woman assisting me was just too incompetent. She was adamant my file type was incorrect (.png) and my image (1200px x 1800px) was too small to be printed at 4x6. She was extremely visibly inconvenienced by our request and made no effort to use the actual computer and keyboard to type in the dimensions I requested, and she said "maybe the last person who helped you printed it as a .pdf, but I don't know how to do that", which, if you've used a printer before, you know is both irrelevant and absurd. She made no effort to ask coworkers for assistance. It was a done deal. We were refused service. Is it not unacceptable to have someone working in the printing station who is incapable of using both a computer and a printer? I don't make negative reviews lightly, but I literally could not accomplish my simple task. Please hire folks that have used a computer before!!

  Honestly surprised at how terrible the service is. They will absolutely over-promise and wish I could say under deliver but they didn't deliver at all. Actually when I called, I got hung up on after asking if I could submit a complaint or figuring out who to contact about a refund so I could pick up instead. Needless to say if you genuinely are a zombie for corporate businesses then have at it. If I was an employee or better yet anybody above them, id be questioning my life choices, beliefs, and integrity. Good thing staples is slowly bleeding, some of small guys actually care about good business > profit. And Leslie, please don't respond with some corporate garbage lingo. You guys' revenue went over 6b for the last 5 years. The least you could do is follow through with what you guys intend to deliver to customers. You'll know my order so just go ahead and give me a call, maybe there's time to still save you.
