  This is an absolutely horrible water service. When you try to cancel delivery service, they still keep the delivery day and charge you even when you don't want the water. When you want to cancel the entire service you schedule for them to pick up everything and they set the day and time, they don't pick it up. When you tried to call them in their operating hours, it's a busy signal. When you do get someone, it's a call center out source in India. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

  I turned in my equipment and water jugs May of this year therefore, I do not understand why I am still being charged. They don’t have an email to contact them only by telephone. And I have tried using their chat on the site which just directs me to call them as well. I have spoken with them now multiple times to get this issue corrected. I also believe the non-email way of contact is in place so there isn’t a paper trail for their misdeeds. I don’t even live at the same address where they were delivery anymore. Now, I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau hoping for a resolution.
