  Not sure if they went out of business, or way too busy. If busy, would be nice to pass work on to the older hires. employees. Extremely difficult to contact or get a callback. Line of communication is always confusing, no feedback.possibky need to hire more or more capable office staff to facilitate the need for employees and/or clients. Apparently they'll "return" your call no later than the end of following business day. Dont hold your breath. If you try to inquire about your assignment they'll remove you from the list for " lack of motivation". This happened when I asked if in the event of a cancellation for this year's previous monster jam due to inclement weather if we would be notified before going out in freezing and rainining weather. I was threatened with removal from assignment. Well, what do ya know, it WAS cancelled. Haven't gotten a call for work since. Once after I was given assignment and had an emergency health matter that had me admitted to the ER and after notifying I was ghosted. Way too personal if ya ask me. They start off accommodating then treat you like a pariah. Trending amongst most temp agencies. They need you to join then your value is gone. Horrible

  I worked with both Destiny and Bernice. Both answered all questIons I had in a timely manner and it was very much appreciated. My overall experience with PrideStaff was one unlike any other and I am very grateful for having been able to work with both of these lovely ladies.

  Excelente agencia de trabajo, Berenice es una maravillosa jefa, está muy atenta al trabajo, pregunta cómo estamos y si nos gusta el trabajo, no he tenido ninguno problema con el pago, siempre dan mi pago el día jueves a primera hora. Recomiendo 100% esta agencia para trabajar, tienen muchos trabajos y horarios en los que puedes adaptarte, muy buena agencia de trabajo.

  I had a great experience with PrideStaff from the very beginning. The moment I applied, they responded quickly, which really stood out to me. Destiny and Bernice were both amazing throughout the process—they stayed in contact, made sure I had all the materials I needed, and answered any questions I had right away.
