- MHMaria De La HerranSep 23, 20263.0Room was amazing and clean. Staff was very welcoming when I first came in. The only issue I had was when I went downstairs to use the laundry room, I was very confused about why the restroom was locked so I went to ask and the receptionist told me its only open during certain hours. It made no sense to me its a restroom I had to go all the way back to my room again and then go back downstairs. I drive a semi truck so I left my truck parked at the truck stop its too small in the parking lot.

Norah, Summit, Joey, and Dinesh at the front desk were always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their great customer service was appreciated throughout our entire stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the beds made it easy to get a great night’s rest. A big thank you to the housekeeping team and Ana for keeping everything looking great! The complimentary breakfast buffet from 6:30 AM–9:30 AM was another highlight. There was a great selection, everything was tasty and fresh, and Mr. Mario was awesome! It was truly a pleasure meeting you and seeing your friendly face each morning. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and wonderful hospitality all around. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome!

From the front desk to the other team members I interacted with throughout my stay, everyone made me feel valued as a guest and was always willing to assist. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing great customer service. Their positive attitudes and hospitality really made a difference in my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again! I was here for work and would recommend this hotel to everyone! It seemed really close to HEB Distribution, Amazon, Mclane's, Doller General Distribution...East San Antonio.
