  Excellent stay at Holiday Inn Express San Antonio East - I-10! The staff here truly made the experience stand out. Norah, Summit, Joey, and Dinesh at the front desk were always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Their great customer service was appreciated throughout our entire stay. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the beds made it easy to get a great night’s rest. A big thank you to the housekeeping team and Ana for keeping everything looking great! The complimentary breakfast buffet from 6:30 AM–9:30 AM was another highlight. There was a great selection, everything was tasty and fresh, and Mr. Mario was awesome! It was truly a pleasure meeting you and seeing your friendly face each morning. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and wonderful hospitality all around. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome!

  I had a great experience during my stay! Every staff member I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. From the front desk to the other team members I interacted with throughout my stay, everyone made me feel valued as a guest and was always willing to assist. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in providing great customer service. Their positive attitudes and hospitality really made a difference in my experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying again! I was here for work and would recommend this hotel to everyone! It seemed really close to HEB Distribution, Amazon, Mclane's, Doller General Distribution...East San Antonio.

  Clean, quiet, comfortable rooms. Free breakfast with lots of choices in the morning. Free parking. Fridge and microwave in room. Bed was extremely soft, big pillowy mattress. Four king sized pillows that are also very soft, not firm. I folded mine over. A/C worked nicely. Large wall-mount liquid soaps, lotion, shampoo, conditioner provided. Room safe, ironing supplies, hair dryer.

  Great location if coming from Houston, on the 10 east of the city. Spent one night for a concert at the Alamodome. Clean, comfortable, good hot breakfast. Great value.

  Horrible! Made a last minute change for location and the smell on the second floor is terrible. The breakfast buffet is trash! Cheap!!! No individual milk cartons the oatmeal is packages over all I felt this was a cheap motel. I was so disappointed. I stay Ihg all the time over the years and this was the poorest holiday inn. It’s for industrial workers seems like.
