  Package arrived damaged and 4 days late, it made it from New Jersey to San Antonio in 4 days and couldn't make it 5 miles in 4 days once it got to San Antonio...very poor service.

  I live in an apartment building and my package needed a signature they knocked on the outside and then left a note instead of checking with my actual door number or the front. When I asked them to please try again with the proper number they made me drive all the way across town instead to pick it up and then did not even have my package there they said it was still on the truck. It was next day shipping but took 3 days to get my package. Ridiculous.

  Driver (Ashley) falsified delivery attempt records 3 times. Driver claimed “customer not available or business closed” which is 100% false. My package did not require a signature and my delivery instructions were very clear and up to date on my Fed ex account. She was to leave my time sensitive package at my front door. Not only did she not make it to my front door, she made zero attempts to get into my neighborhood gate. The gate code was in my delivery instructions and, due to her not delivering on the first “attempt”, I also left the gate code in bold letters right at the gate (pics included, with my code edited out for privacy). I waited at home for 2 days to receive this package. Even with the delivery instructions on the Fed ex site, and at the gate, she did not attempt the gate code but instead falsified the delivery attempt for 3 days straight. I went to the office myself and spoke to a man and explained the situation. He attempted to call Ashley, but she did not answer. He took a picture of the note I left at the gate, including the code and said he would ask her to go back to make the delivery. That was at 10am and she never came back to deliver. My package was back at the Fed ex office by 2:20pm. I went back to Fed Ex at 6:30pm to retrieve the package myself. The 2 ladies up front, along with the gentleman from earlier in the day, were great. That’s the only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1. So after 3 false delivery attempts, it took me 2 trips to the Fed Ex office to retrieve the package myself.

  When I told the girl I needed to overnight a package.She said it would be twelve dollars, and I ended up paying forty five dollars.That's ridiculous
