  On 6/27 I went to return my google fiber equipment and the man with dark hair and glasses was confused as to why I had 2 pieces of equipment. I assured him they could go in the same box with the same shipping label as per what google fiber had instructed me to do. He would only ship the router and told me to call google fiber and get a second shipping label for the mesh extender. I pushed back a bit, frustrated as if I did not return the equipment I would be charged $380 but he insisted. I got a second shipping label and went right back inside 16 min later and dealt with a lady with dark hair and she quietly scanned my label and shipped the mesh extender. I think she could tell her co-worker had made a mistake but did not want to implicate that. 1 week and 5 days later, the package the lady shipped had been delivered and the package the man shipped was still marked as sitting at this FedEx. I called FedEx to see what the issue was and was told to go to the store to figure out what was happening. I called Google fiber and luckily with the tracking numbers I gave them they decided to mark my returns as completed on my part so I would not be charged for missing equipment and their internal team would handle the rest with FedEx. A major headache for myself on a mistake I did not make and tried to correct in the moment. Please train your staff better. The man I dealt with first not only seemed confused about what to do but cursed when trying to figure out what needed to be done. Very unprofessional on what should have been a simple google fiber equipment return. Will not be back to ship anything from this location, as I do not trust the staff to know what they’re doing and I advise others to be careful as well.

  Had a mixed experience at FedEx. Jasmine was the associate at the counter, and her behavior came across as unprofessional during my visit. I’m sharing this feedback as a customer hoping for better consistency in service. That said, Elliott stepped in and completely changed the tone of my experience. He was calm, professional, and provided top-tier customer service when it was needed most. Because of Elliott, my experience went from a zero to a five.
