  I seldom leave negative reviews, but my experience with a manager named Krystal at this FedEx location warranted one. I came in about 15 minutes before closing to ship a defective Bissell vacuum back to the manufacturer. The vacuum had begun burning internally, and Bissell provided the return label and instructed me to box it. Before arriving, I called several nearby stores, including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Target, Walmart, and this FedEx location, looking for a box large enough. I was told this location did not have one, so I purchased two boxes from Walmart and planned to combine them into one securely sealed package. When I arrived, Krystal gave me several reasons why the package could not be accepted. First, she said the joined boxes would not be accepted. Then she said the vacuum could not move inside the box. I explained that I would properly pack and fill the box so the vacuum would not shift, but she responded, “I’m not going to accept it.” I asked her for a FedEx box, she told me they didn't have one this size in stock, but the price for their box was unreasonably nuts anyway. Only after I repeatedly asked for another solution did she explain that the store could pack the vacuum and ship it on Monday for nearly $30. That option was not explained to me until I pressed for an alternative. As a result, I was nearly forced to take a defective vacuum home and return another day. I was not expecting special treatment. I was asking for reasonable assistance with safely shipping a defective appliance. Krystal’s communication felt dismissive and focused on rejecting the package rather than clearly explaining the available options. She also looked me up and down during the interaction, which made me uncomfortable. I hope management reviews how this situation was handled. A store manager should help customers understand their options and find a reasonable solution whenever possible.

  This is my favorite location because the staff is quick, efficient and friendly. Jonathan always has a great attitude and he’s super knowledgeable and helpful.

  It’s very sad that in “the greatest country in the world” that “premier” shipping center does NOT ALLOW CUSTOMERS to simply speak to a representative about service inquiries. FedEx ought be ashamed. Makes me sick they charge these rates for shipping but cannot be BOTHERED to take a phone call for a simple question?!? SAAAD

  Just went in with all my 3 kids 8 and under. Waiting patiently for my amazon return behind one customer. The older woman behind the desk didn’t acknowledge me at all. Minutes pass… another young man in a suit walks in and she’s front and center what’s your name sir what can i do for you? then i state is there a kiosk to another customer she blurt out no then proceeds to ask the person who walked in after me again what his name is again to ring him up? all while not saying a thing to me. Completely rude and unacceptable. customer service should be key .
