  I want to recognize Rudy at FedEx for going above and beyond to help me with a rush print job. He personally traveled to another FedEx office to ensure my materials would be completed and arrive on time. His dedication, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference in a stressful situation. Thanks to Rudy’s efforts, everything was handled seamlessly.   Associate was kind and accommodating. But… Avoid anyway if possible: (1) Rates are more than 2x those of typical locations, as this location is captive to the resort (example: $1.69 per copy here vs $0.75 at a typical location); (2) to get any type of refund, customer needs to give all kinds of personal information per “FedEx policy”. Unfortunately, I won’t do business with FedEx from this point forward.
