When it was finally my turn and I approached the counter, the clerk called on the two people behind me instead and left me standing there. When I complained, she gave me an unacceptable excuse—claiming they were there to do other things—even though they were dropping off packages just like I was. The service was racist because I am Hispanic and the others were white.

From the moment they helped me, they were positive, energetic, professional, and genuinely happy to assist. Stephen took the time to help me with several things I needed for my business and made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find someone who provides that level of customer service, attention to detail, and great attitude. Stephen and his team represents FedEx Office extremely well, and I truly appreciate his help. I highly recommend this location and especially Stephen & the team. Five-star service all the way!

Never have I experienced such a rude personality in this location. Grabbing items from my hand and throwing items around the store. Refusing to help people if they are having trouble. Making ugly faces to everyone. The scanner kept telling people to see attendant and it really bugged her that there was a line of people needing help. I feel bad for the long line of people behind me who have to also deal with this problem
