- PCPatrick ChristmasMar 17, 20201.0Outright thieves! A local agent convinced me to transfer my accounts over and then charged massive commissions and fees. He then left the company after ugly lawsuit. Now, in theory Zachary Treu is my advisor, but his number didn't work and I've never been able to get ahold of him, so I transferred the accounts away and they then charged me over $5,000 in early termination fees claiming that I was under a seven-year contract. Still trying to get a hold of someone in support but they actively avoid and won't call back. Stay away! I'm back with Schwab and much happier.
