- LVLinda Valadez3 days ago5.0I stopped by and it was Jose that helped me ship my package out. He was very kind, patient and took the time to explain the shipping and tracking process. I let him know I had never once had issues with DHL losing packages and he explained proudly that it was due to all the extra security measures put into place. He was very knowledgeable, I could genuinely feel he loves his job and helping others. I hope everyone that ships out of this location encounters Jose! ♥️ Our interaction left me with a smile on my face and I will definitely bring any future business to this DHL location.
- JKjx KngSep 10, 20261.0The delivery company that does not deliver. I dread that a retailer would use DHL as they never deliver on the day promised under the premise of ‘the customer is not home’. Firstly we don’t have to be since they have signature release secondly I’d see if they attempted cameras would show but don’t. Without exception the drivers are either lazy or incompetent and certainly are liars.

- TDThe Real DealJun 6, 20261.0Sent DHL Express, and that is expensive. It was supposed to be a Friday Delivery by 2pm CST. Receive DHL messages the delivery will be later in that day. Then receive a message the delivery was not possible because 'you were not home at the time of our attempted delivery.' I WAS HOME AND THE DELIVERY SET SO THAT A SIGNATURE WAS NOT REQUIRED!. So, that DHL excuse is rubbish! Called DHL at 7:30pm CST on the supposed scheduled day of delivery. The agent said the package would be delivered that evening. Again, NOTHING!!. Today is Saturday, still the package has not been delivered! Communicating with the local office in San Antonio, the DHL 800-number and the online chat are worthless as they are CLOSED and agents are not available!!!
