  By far the worst shipping company. Nobody knows what’s going on, the employees are not educated on the companies policies. They don’t care when they inconvenience the customer.

  Sent DHL Express, and that is expensive. It was supposed to be a Friday Delivery by 2pm CST. Receive DHL messages the delivery will be later in that day. Then receive a message the delivery was not possible because 'you were not home at the time of our attempted delivery.' I WAS HOME AND THE DELIVERY SET SO THAT A SIGNATURE WAS NOT REQUIRED!. So, that DHL excuse is rubbish! Called DHL at 7:30pm CST on the supposed scheduled day of delivery. The agent said the package would be delivered that evening. Again, NOTHING!!. Today is Saturday, still the package has not been delivered! Communicating with the local office in San Antonio, the DHL 800-number and the online chat are worthless as they are CLOSED and agents are not available!!!

  I've been in San Antonio since 201 I moved back from Laredo San Antonio I do a lot of shipping if you want to get a place that is less money gets there faster and truly there's no lines come and see Mr Jose Diaz at DHL this location. Is clean fast, friendly and did I mention LESS MONEY.

  Their service was excellent. Jose and Nhi went above and beyond to help me communicate with the driver and make sure I received my package. I truly appreciate the effort and professionalism from both employees and the driver. Thank you all for your great customer service.
