  This was a wonderful experience. There were numerous mistakes on the waybill label of a package coming to me from the U.K. I did not receive notices from DHL because my address, phone number and email address all contained errors. Duty was owed, but I could not access the package info due to all the errors. Rick, a field manager, happened to be visiting the store and was able to contact customer service to correct the errors. He then helped me get to the payment center. He was fantastic. Daniel and Brittany were supportive too. I hope there is a way you can recognize these individuals for the outstanding service I received. Best regards, Lynn B.

  I cannot thank Brittany enough for the time and effort she put in to help me with my order. Trying to get a shipment from Hungary to Florida was not going well to say the least, until I got Brittany’s assistance. She deserves praise and a raise!
