Your own workers say you ask them to come to work early without pay. I have asked ALL my deliveries to use UPS instead of you. Im sick of your phony excuses! And your ability to hide behind your automated service!

- KCKelly CloverOct 13, 20201.0FEDEX lost a shipment originating from Pennsylvania. Sadly their automated answering systems have created barriers to solving the problem. They have fixed it where it's impossible to get a human voice on the line to resolve the problem. Their customer service when something goes wrong is extremely deplorable. My shipment has been stuck in North Little Rock for 4 days and is not progressing towards the destination in Texas. There is no one I can talk to identify the problem, much less solve the problem.
