  They want a $1 per page scanned which is a scam. I have 150 pages so ~$162 for something that takes no effort and very little resources is crazy. I will happily go to fedex office or staples before I pay that outrageous price. UPDATE AFTER THE OWNER’S RESPONSE: The owner’s response somehow makes this worse. Calling the price an “unwelcome surprise” completely misses the point. I wasn’t confused or surprised by the price — I understood it perfectly. That’s why I left the review. Charging around $1 per page to scan a 150-page document is outrageous for the amount of effort and resources involved. The “UPS Store locations are independently owned and operated, so pricing may vary by location” explanation is also a strange thing to say when you are the owner responding about the pricing at your own location. Yes, pricing varies by location. That is exactly the point: your location chose to charge this price. And I’m not sure what exactly needs to be “reviewed” or “clearly explained.” This isn’t a complicated transaction. I had approximately 150 pages. I was quoted roughly $1 per page to scan them. There is nothing here requiring further clarification. Suggesting that I contact the store so someone can explain the pricing to me comes across as incredibly condescending. I understood the pricing. I simply think the pricing is terrible. Rather than explaining what possibly justifies charging that much for document scanning, the response seems to imply that the real problem was that I didn’t understand the quote. For anyone wondering: I went to Staples instead, just like I said I would, and the price was significantly better. So my original point stands.

  Just want to give the employees a great review for handling a TERRIBLE person today. An older man (Dennis Kaegi) threw a box at them after he was told some services were down. Incredibly disturbing seeing a customer react like that. Great job UPS for handling your cool.

  If you are the owner of this UPS Store in Saginaw, you have some very rude employees. First, when I stepped up to the counter to be served, the employee simply walked away to do something else without saying, "Excuse me," or, "I'll be with you in a minute." That level of customer service is unacceptable. As I was leaving, another customer walked in, unaware of timing because she saw the door opened while I was leaving out. The way your employees spoke to her was incredibly rude. I turned back and told them, "You guys are actually rude, based off the services that I received." At that point, an employee named Nicholas aggressively came toward me, as if he was trying to intimidate me into leaving, while attempting to close the door on my leg. I strongly encourage you to review your security footage between 6:25 p.m. and 6:31 p.m. The behavior displayed by your employees during that time was completely unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your business.
