  I went to the location a few weeks ago to ship off an item by Araceli she was extremely rude to my friend and I we asked her a simple question and she had a very smart remark! We also had a package to pick up there her male colleague ( don’t have his name ) gave us a REALLYY hard time . The overall experience was just terrible. It

  I run a small side business and regularly ship packages for about $30 total to my clients using the Rowlett location. I sent my girlfriend to this Sachse location, not my usual spot but it was closer to some errands she was running, and the experience was terrible. The items were in a temporary box, so I expected them to repack, but they chose a much larger box than necessary, which drove up dimensional weight (size-based pricing) and inflated the cost. The team there also added several services I never use. The final charge was $80 for something that should have been around $30. That’s not a normal variation, to me it indicated poor judgment at best and a lack of transparency at worst. I won’t be coming back here.
