0 stars if you are receiving items online. Good luck if it's going through this postal system. Missing package this is an on going thing with Royse city. Clearly says it in my Community locker get off work go and go check my mail there's nothing in my mail box this is the second time this has happened. Worst postal service.

A package was delivered to my community mailbox and placed in a parcel locker. The key for the parcel locker was placed in my mailbox as expected—but the key does not fit the lock on the parcel locker. As a result, my package has been sitting just a few feet away, completely inaccessible because of USPS's mistake. What has made this situation far worse is the complete lack of customer service. For the past three days, I have called the local USPS office responsible for this delivery at least 10 times each day, always during their posted business hours. Not once has anyone answered the phone. There has been no voicemail, no callback, and no way to reach a human being to correct what should be a simple issue. Making a delivery is only half the job. If your mistake prevents a customer from accessing their package, the least you can do is answer the phone and provide assistance. Mistakes happen—I understand that. What I don't understand is how a government service can simply ignore dozens of phone calls from customers who need help. Three days of complete silence is unacceptable. USPS needs to improve its accountability and customer service. Delivering a package that the customer cannot actually retrieve, then becoming impossible to contact, is simply not an acceptable standard of service.

This is the 2nd time of having them fail to deliver a package for my business to my residence when I've been home and not being notified from my door bell or a knock on the door. When I called customer service, they only gave me the number to the local post office and told me they were available to call on a Saturday from 8-12 pm. I tried calling my local PO and what do you know! They're closed on Saturdays. Why even deliver mail if the office you're delivering from isn't even open? How am I supposed to keep my business running in a timely manner when they fail to provide the service I need?
