Instead the two workers up front prioritized passports which took them forever for one family and to close a box which I stood in line for an hour. A supervisor came from the back saw us and just walked back. There are other post offices that do the job better.

Unfortunately, my experience with Will was disappointing. He was rude and unprofessional in the way he interacted with me as a customer, and his lack of customer service led me to take my package to another location instead. I hope management addresses these concerns so future customers receive a more positive experience.
