  Everytime I go to this store it is so quick and easy. From sending back returns or just sending something! The store is always clean and the staff is so friendly. The staff is also very helpful and patient when I have a billion questions and not knowing what I am doing when sending a package. I highly recommend this location. There is several between where I live and this location but I choose to go here everytime! And shout to Eric who didn’t make me feel like an idiot when sending my first care package to Idaho!!

  The UPS Store Store #4897 in Rowlett on Lakeview Pkwy has been my go to store for years! The professionalism of staff goes without saying. Very friendly always helpful making sure your needs are met. I recommend this location for all your postal needs!

  This is my favorite UPS store. Exceptionally helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. I will only use a different store if I’m not in the area.
