  Elvis was terrible. He did not prioritize my print before helping 4 OTHER CUSTOMERS after me before finally printing my document. Terrible multitasking skills. Elvis spent more time amazed at the girl after me and helping her than focusing on finishing my print. In addition he was dropping peoples packages on the ground as I saw him drop someone’s big package 3 ft from the ground. TOOK 15 MINUTES from when I emailed him the document to get it finally printed but he was able to print the girl after me labels and handle packages. He continuously tried to handle my print and going back and forth between customers which made the process less clear and inefficient when it was unable to print or there’s was issues. He took no accountability and no apology when I brought it up to him just laughed. Not pleased with this experience this time. Do not recommend having Elvis help you.

  The staff at this location have always been efficient and courteous. Today I had an issue with a lost Amazon return and Chris, the manager, was extremely helpful in finding proof that I had returned the item a month ago.

  Great service when you can find them open!! They’re open for SIX WHOLE HOURS on a Saturday. Got there at 9:15, too early. Came back 4:30, missed again!! Why even bother??? And the sign in the window says OPEN. Maybe it’s lit when they’re actually open?? Very misleading!!

  The staff at the Rowlett location on Lakeview parkway is awesome. Fast service, friendly and proficient. Great customer service
