  Every time I go in there, they’re always extremely helpful and very friendly. I have needed help with things and they are very patient and take the time to provide the things that I need. Wonderful staff!

  I came into your story yesterday and I just have to brag on one of your employees. I am so thankful to Eric for the wonderful assistance, he gave me yesterday. We had just over an hour to get to a funeral and my husband was having issues trying to read a eulogy on his notes in his phone. I emailed the speech to this UPS store and and then called and spoke with Eric. I briefly told him our situation and asked if there was any way he could take my notes, double space it and change the font size. Before I even got off the phone, he had it completed. When I first stepped into the store, I saw the long line. But then I saw Eric across the store hold up my notes. It was perfectly printed exactly the way I had pictured. Immense relief! He really went the extra step and came through for me, and I really appreciate it.

  I had a very complicated transaction that required a lot of expertise and even math skills. Vaughn did an outstanding job of handling my transaction and did so with courtesy. I was very impressed with him.

  The UPS store on Lakeview Parkway in Raleigh is the most efficient store in the DFW area. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, pleasant, and very professional. There is seldom in a wait time in line for customer service help. This is a very good store!
