I showed her my receipt as well, showing it was under my card. Terrible customer service. Don’t go here, you’re better off at a different location.

She welcomed us with a big smile and carried on a friendly conversation the entire time she worked on our order. It wasn’t rushed—it was personable, and that makes all the difference. These weren’t light packages either—they were book boxes, and each one had some weight to it. Not once did Jen complain or act bothered. Instead, she stayed cheerful and made it feel like we weren’t a hassle at all. That kind of attitude says a lot about someone’s dedication to their work and how much they value their customers. What really stood out was how she went above and beyond by helping us put the labels on the boxes. It’s the small details like that which create a lasting impression. Experiences like this are what make me want to return and tell others about it. Solid service like this builds the reputation of a business more than any sign or slogan could. - OWomnia el wazeerMar 1, 20241.0The most weirdest way to ship your documents inside the states, they need your ID , I always deal with UPS and i never had any problems , but i was in rush and i found this FedEx location, frist they need an account with them and then they need my ID to send documents to California , i didn't have it at this time, so they didn't serve me , idk why !!! I went after this weird service to UPS and USPS without the ID , and everything was smooth and easy! Not recommended at all!
