- SSSonnyTheGreat6 days ago1.0Missing package: The tracking information shows my package was delivered to this address, which I chose because it was supposed to arrive faster than shipping to my home. However, I arrived about four hours after the delivery scan, and the staff on site informed me they do not have the package. My tracking details also show that someone listed as “CWELLS” signed for it. I’m confused as to how a package can be marked delivered and signed for at a FedEx location, yet the facility is unable to locate it. I will now need to open a dispute to resolve this issue. Lesson learned—next time I will have packages delivered directly to my home address.

I showed her my receipt as well, showing it was under my card. Terrible customer service. Don’t go here, you’re better off at a different location.
