We had an appointment for a passport, but there were virtually no instructions on where to sit or where to wait. Initially, a staff member told us we needed to sign in, but there was no place or method to do so. It wasn’t until I asked a second time that I was informed no sign-in was actually required and that our names would simply be called when it was our turn. Had I not asked again, we would have had no idea what the process was. The lack of clear communication and basic directions made the experience unnecessarily confusing. Overall, I would not recommend this location for passport services.

The driver said priority packaging only goes with priority mail but only brought back one of my packages? Instead of the 6 I sent out that were all labeled the same just like the one he sent back so I don’t get it cuz those were delivered no problem. Not to mention the box was crushed so bad I had to ship it in a new box. On top of all that another half of packages were sent back with the same issue saying priority packages go with priority mail but once again he only sent 3 packages back. This is costing me money and customers!!! if that’s the rule cool but send all my packages back not half and then say y’all don’t know where they are. Very disappointed with this crap service

I went to claim a package that, according to them, had been delivered—but not to my address. The man who assisted me said that sort of thing can happen and offered no solution. This isn't the first time it has happened, either to me or to my neighbors. Even though the neighbors have returned the packages, this shouldn't be happening in the first place. I haven't been able to recover my package, and they aren't going to do anything about it.

Extremely slow service. If you’re wanting to ship something out fast don’t even bother it’ll sit for at least 3-4 days before they ship out.

Jose, the manager is rude, demeaning, and unprofessional. He obviously has no business working with the public in any capacity. If any of my employees spoke to a customer the way he spoke to me, they'd be on a PIP and we'd be having a serious conversation if the job was a right fit for them. Do better
