  they take double the price than USPS but do not want to be responsible or answerable to packages..poor customer service

  Ms.Natalie at store # 1394 Palm Valley, Round Rock was super courteous and very helpful, efficiently handled my request so i was out the door quickly feeling very satisfied with the complete service! Thank you !

  Excellent customer service! Im 66 female and always have lots of questions. They are very kind and always provide me with info. Bryce is a very supportive employee. And they are fast. They always welcome you into the store. I enjoy going to this location. Thank you My son always asks me to mail his packages.

  Lost my package..provided associate with tracking number when it didn't show up in the system he said that's odd. I asked when USPS picks up from this location is there a system in place to know what packages were picked up from the location. He said no. Maybe USPS have it. MAYBE?? that's yall whole operations is too pick up and drop off now you're telling me there is no system in place for that?? That's odd. How does the postal worker knows what's going and what's not? How does the postal worker know not to grab all the packages if there is no system in place?? I should have been suspicious when I dropped it off and the lady said she couldn't give me a receipt and recommended I take a picture of the box. I should have known that would be the last time I would see that box again. All I trying to was return a prom dress that didn't fit now I'm outta $100+ dollars. Thanks UPS
