  Very disappointing experience. They tried to charge me $300 for an Amazon return, which was shocking. I would avoid this location. UPS management should seriously look into the service and practices at this store. Customers deserve clear and reasonable pricing, especially when handling Amazon returns.

  Jinesh was extremely efficient and friendly. You normally walk into a UPS and don’t exchange more than two words with the employees who seem to not want to be there, but Jinesh always has a big smile and positive energy. Makes coming to this location a much better experience!

  AsisI had a great experience at The UPS Store! Asis was very friendlv. helpful, and professional. He made everything easy and took the time to help me with all my needs. I've used the store for shipping, banners, posters, printing, and passport photos, and the service has always been excellent. I really appreciate the friendly customer service and attention to detail. I definitelv recommend this UPS Store to anyone who needs reliable shipping and printing services.   I had a great experience at The UPS Store! Asis Patel provided excellent customer service and was very helpful throughout the whole process. I've used their services for shipping, banners, posters, passport photos, and other printing needs, and everything has been handled professionally and with great quality. Asis was friendly, patient, and made sure everything was done correctly and on time. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the excellent service.   Extremely frustrating experience at this UPS Store. I came in to return a pair of Crocs that were already packaged in the shipping bag they were originally delivered in. I was told they would not accept the return unless it was placed inside a physical box, and they offered to sell me one for around $6. Instead, I left, purchased my own box, and came back to complete the return. Then, after all of that, I was charged $1 plus tax just for them to put tape on the box. Seriously? Charging a customer separately for a small amount of packing tape after they already went out of their way to meet your packaging requirement is ridiculous. It’s not even about the dollar it’s the principle and the nickel-and-diming of customers over something so minor. I’ve returned and shipped packages at plenty of places and have never experienced anything this petty. What should have been a simple return turned into an unnecessarily frustrating experience. I will absolutely choose another UPS location in the future.
