- TBtrey brownAug 20, 20261.0Day #5 of trying to reach someone on the phone in this branch. A medical device has gone missing at this facility. It shows that it was scanned in for the second time on August 15th and both myself and customer service have found it impossible to confirm that the device is there. I am also trying to deal with this from Austin, 3 hrs away, after I already drove up there after it was scanned in originaly on July 28th and couldn't be found. Mr. Perry assisted with this upon the initial inquiry but again, no one has been able to reach anyone at this facility for 5 days! ANSWER YOUR PHONE!
