Had a great experience working with Kevin and the team at this UPS location. He took care of custom company shirts and business cards for me, and everything came out looking fantastic. Super friendly guy and easy to work with. 5 stars all day!

I highly recommend this UPS Store location, specifically Kevin! I recently worked with him to get custom t-shirts and business cards printed for my business. Kevin was extremely helpful, detail-oriented, and made sure the design and quality were spot on. Professional service, quick turnaround, and great results. Thanks again, Kevin!

They charged us 56 dollars for 21 printing pages. That’s absurd. They did not mentioned beforehand.

Super rude, immediately said they couldn’t help me only the manager could. Tried to explain the situation with a package I delivered and to file a claim they mentioned I had to go to the store. They immediately said no, only a manager can help me. Didn’t even let me speak or tell them what it said online. Another lady, said I needed the tracking number. Which I had. Online it said I needed another number from the store. They refused to let me speak. Kept saying a manager has to handle and there’s no manager. Ended up just leaving because they were so rude. I usually go to Rowlett UPS, they’ve never treated me this way. I wouldn’t recommend coming here. Horrible service and still didn’t get what I needed. Went to UPS in Rowlett and they were more than happy to help me out. Let me show them what was going on.
