I would never step foot in here again if it weren't for the fact that I don't have a choice when shipping out items for marketplace orders. I didn't catch the name of the lady that "helped" me today, as if you could call it that. Silly me to bring a box with an item to be shipped without taping it up... because why would I expect the postal office to have tape for me to tape the box? What a crazy idea! I can tell from the plethora of horrible reviews that no one has a good experience here and clearly nothing is going to change. Save your time and at-least find another USPS location that isn't entirely disrespectful.

She was rude, impatient, and spoke to me in a disrespectful manner the entire interaction. Rather than trying to help, she acted like assisting customers was an inconvenience. I left feeling frustrated and shocked by how unprofessional she was. Customer service should be based on respect and professionalism, and unfortunately, Carolyn displayed neither. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a post office, and I sincerely hope management addresses her behavior so other customers don’t have to deal with the same treatment.
