- MNM NelsonJun 22, 20261.0I was watching a First Amendment audit and employee conduct check video today, 6-22-2026 on YouTube by Hillsborough Highlights. The postal employee named Cindy was rude. Her behavior was unacceptable . The auditor voiced his complaint to Tasha the Supervisor and she said she would speak to her. Miss Cindy was in the middle of the auditors transaction and stopped half way through and refused service because he was recording. There are several (4) cameras in the post office and anyone can obtain the surveillance footage by requesting it. They had poster 7 and it clearly shows he can record there on postal property. Now Miss Cindy is a YouTube sensation! You don’t reward bad behavior Miss Cindy! Do better in the future.. the world 🌎 is watching…
- CCCassidy CampbellJun 10, 20261.0This review is more focused on one staff member than anything else. The location seems fine otherwise and I have no complaints. However, like multiple other reviewers, the staff member with whom I was unfortunately forced to interact was surly, sarcastic, unhelpful, and rude. I was shocked at the way I was treated for simply asking questions. I can't recall a time when I have had such an unpleasant experience with any representative. I will go out of my way to go elsewhere from now on. Some training for staff on customer service best practices is in order at this location.
- LLLtrrMay 4, 20263.0usually they are fine but god forbid if you have a certified package, because if you do it will not be delivered they will leave the stupid pink slip in the postbox and will refuse to ring the door bell, honestly that in itself should be a federal crime, but unluckily this awful company is protected by daddy feds so there’s nothing you can do or say, so they have no will to improve, honestly disappointing how this post office is being run and how they let the delivery people do as they please. If you have something important or something that needs to be signed use ANY OTHER SERVICE, this delivery service is just not it. But I will say the people inside the post office are kind and helpful but the drivers not so much, so no hate on the employees inside.
