- THTuyet Huynh5 days ago1.0Received somebody else’s package in the box for bulky items. Tried to call the Richmond post office but unable to speak to a human. Came to the post office to return it, after a long wait, got an answer that the carrier gave me a wrong key. Now I don’t know where my package is since the tracking showed it’s delivered in mailbox. I have another package coming in today, the tracking showed it is at the post office ready to be picked up, however I was told that the carrier still has it ? I don’t have problems with letters in the mail but I have lots of problems with packages. It has happened before. I don’t like to go to that post office, it’s far away & the line is always long.

I changed my address 2 months ago, all process was completed but never got mail diverted to my new address. I been to office several times and they make me wait looking for mails but they can’t find it. They don’t care about wasting our time. Even after 2 months they don’t know where are my all diverted mails. I am waiting for my important mails and they don’t have any answers rather than looking for it.
