  Very un helpfull i have been calling for a package from last week and all the lady says is "we will have the supervisor give you a call" no one has called me.

  LAZY AND RUDE! I walked in to a mess of boxes to choose from shortly after opening. There were no options outside of XS or XL boxes. I asked the lady if there were any other box options and I received a very annoyed and sarcastic look and response of “nope, our options are over there”. She provided me with no other alternative nor any customer service response to share with me that she is so sorry this is all we have today let me help you find a better option. Sue continued to sit in her chair. I overheard her asking a customer to put an envelope back (so that it creates less work for her). I was back in line with my XL box for my medium size item and the other lady shared that there were loudly used boxes on the floor “over there” that I can use that I would just need to purchase tape. Perfect, thank you. All of this while I spent 7 minutes building boxes and seeing what the best fit could be 🙄 please work on social and customer skills training with your employees.

  Where do I start? Delays in receiving keys to your mailbox, lost/delayed incoming and outgoing mail & packages. Bad attitudes, especially from the Alvin, Simon & Theodore's little sister behind the counter. She has the nastiest disposition & should not be allowed to deal with other humans.

  I mailed a thank you card containing gift cards three weeks ago to Katy, TX and it never arrived. I was told that they have no way of tracking it because it could have gone to one processing center or the one in Missouri City. The woman told me the Missouri City is short staffed and that sometimes people have had their items show up much later. I have never had an issue with mail not being delivered. Personally, I think someone STOLE the gift cards. They need to put cameras in there. The only good thing about the place was that the woman behind the desk was nice.

  Asian Lady dosent help anyone ever. She gives people hell for the fun of it. I went to try and change my address and she said that I needed to be on the lease for my old address although I was under age whenever I lived there so I’m not required to be on the lease because of that solely, she didn’t want to help me out. When I went again somebody else help me and I had no issues with that process. This is not the first time that that Asian lady has done this before this is like the third or fourth time she’s denied me from help. Please don’t go to her anyone else will help you better
