  There’s ALWAYS a long line in here. Literally everytime you go. If you are trying to do something quickly and efficiently, do not go here. Expect to be waiting 15-20 minutes for a basic Amazon return.

  I went this morning to the ups store , the two girls LEAH AND GRETCHEL were very nice to me , this two girls help me a lot with some information that I didn’t know, , I’m been in this store before , but this is the first time that I’m felt very happy with the customer service at this location . Thank you girls for your help.

  The older black guy was extremely rude and got an attitude once I reported him. Wow he acted like that was his small business and UPS.

  I am incredibly frustrated with the service at this location. A UPS driver missed my paid pickup request, forcing me to self-transport 20 large boxes to this store myself. When I arrived, I went inside and politely asked if I could borrow their dolly to help unload my vehicle. Even though the dolly was sitting completely unused, an employee flatly refused to let me use it. I was forced to make multiple exhausting trips back and forth, carrying all 20 boxes into the store completely by hand. To make matters worse, as I handed the packages over, the staff began aggressively throwing my boxes onto the floor. They showed absolutely zero care regarding whether my items would break or sustain damage. The lack of basic empathy, helpfulness, and professional customer service here is shocking. If you have large shipments or care about your items being handled with care, avoid this location at all costs.
