- NBNitza BatesSep 12, 20261.0Disappointed by drop-off fees for prepaid packages> Charging customers a fee just to hand over prepaid USPS packages hurts local small businesses and neighborhood residents who already paid full postage. Rather than paying an extra fee per box, I’ll be taking my shipping, printing, and parcel business directly to the official USPS post office which is 30 minutes away from my home, UPS Store or using free home pickup. I encourage other local shippers to avoid paying drop-off fees here until the policy changes. This is a perfect way to drive customers away from your business fast!!!
