- MBMadelyn BarkerMay 8, 20261.0My husband went as a representative to pick up my package (unable to deliver to our apartment due to size). He brought the mail slip paperwork, proof that I approved him picking up, and the email confirming he could pick up package. After a twenty minute wait, workers gave him conflicting answers about the package. She said they didn't do pickups w email confirmation (?), that the website is wrong (??), that he needed different paperwork, that because it wasn't me (despite having the stuff saying I had approved him picking up my mail), that it was out for delivery somehow? And because the address on his drivers license is outdated, he could not pick it up. She screamed at him. This package will likely get returned to sender because of how awful the workers have been. This is the second time we have had issue picking up this exact package from this post office. It wasn't my choice to have it sent there. If it were, I would have picked any other USPS in the county.

Had to wait 10 minutes for them to answer the door for packages pick up, the front was short staffed, and the jerk that finally answered seemed like I was ruining his day by asking him to look for my lost packages that customer service assured me were at this location. "We don't do emails". Yeah, and I guess you don't do your job either. It's more important to have a smoke then attend you customers. This place is a joke. Avoid at all cost.

She literally closed the door 3 minutes before the closing time… ignored my urgency to send my packages on time before the holidays as i told her but no she just insisted on closing.Absolutely disgusting behavior.
