I was waiting for the passport walk in period and I guess she had enough free time between people that she managed to squeeze me in early. I’m especially grateful because I had an appointment at another facility cancel due to staffing and this was a last minute/backup plan. Show up with all your paperwork filled out and a check or money order ready and it’s a breeze.

- DLDani LoweMay 7, 20261.0I am signed up for informed delivery, requested specifically to have a package delivered to my third floor apartment due to a metatarsal fracture, and put in the delivery instructions as soon as a tracking number was in the system. I even received a email response confirming this. The package was put in a pacel locker on the first floor this morning. I called this location a few weeks ago because of this same issue, but the phone rang until it timed out. What's the point in going through the whole process correctly, only to be ignored? UPS, FedEx and even Amazon doesn't ignore those important details. Good thing my foot fracture is a month into the healing process as of this week. SMH

IDK WHO SHE THINKS SHE IS, BUT EVERYONE DESERVES RESPECT ISABEL, EVEN YOU. CANNOT STAND WHEN SHE IS THERE, RUDE AS CAN BE!
