- DGDianette GriffinMar 22, 20261.0DO NOT MAIL YOUR IRS PAPER WORK FROM THIS LOCATION. I mailed my IRS paperwork from location to Austin, Tx. When I receive my confirmation it stated Received by Christ and delivered to Dock. I went to another UPS to find out what that meant. They was very confused on what it meant and advised me return to Richardson location and get a shipping receipt. I returned to this location the young lady looked up my tracking number and looked confused, then stated " it went to the dock. They took it to the back." How do she know what goes on in Austin. She would not print my shipping receipt. I called Customer Service. Explained everything. Same result the young man took a pause like he was confused, then said yes it went to the dock. NO ONE CAN GIVE ME A STRAIGHT ANSWER WHY MY IRS PAPERWORK WAS DELIVERED TO THE DOCKS AND NOT IRS.
