  This was a great experience thanks to the young lady who helped me—she even used a tiny piece of tape to secure my label. Unfortunately, the manager quickly stepped in to make sure no additional tape was used, because clearly one piece was the absolute limit. I get it—small business, tight budget. But acting like a 3-inch strip of tape is a major expense is wild, especially when competitors secure labels without turning it into a whole situation. I won’t be back. I’ll just drive the extra 20 miles to a place where tape isn’t treated like a special request.

  Neetu truly went above and beyond. She was incredibly helpful, kind, and efficient. In just a few minutes, she resolved a delivery issue that other USPS agents hadn’t been able to fix in over a month. She stayed responsive the entire time and kept me updated every step of the way. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with USPS, she’s honestly amazing.

  Typically a good customer service experience. Not today. I had an Amazon return that would not fit in the bags provided at the self serve kiosk, the self serve kiosk screen directed me to an associate. Note: I prefer to use the self serve kiosk as much as possible. So I went and stood in the slow moving line. At some point, the associate with short hair and glasses (not the older gentleman with white hair) announces in a condescending tone that people with Amazon returns should use the self serve kiosk. I was the only person with an Amazon return in the line. I replied by saying the package didn't fit. The associate replied back in annoyed that the self serve kiosk would still print the receipt. Well, that option didn't appear on the screen that directed me to an associate, so I replied that I would see an associate. Unfortunately, this same individual was the one who scanned my package. I suggested the store needs to offer larger return bags at the self serve kiosk, too my receipt and left the store. If this associate is annoyed at having to serve customers, perhaps this associate doesn't belong in a customer facing job position. And try some empathy with customers whose situation might not be what associates assume, instead of making snotty announcements that make it seem the associate thinks customers are idiots.
