- LHLydia HeymanJul 6, 20263.0I’ve been coming to this UPS for 3+ years because it’s near my house & it’s my least favorite one. Management is awful they refuse to help you and charge for pieces of tape. I understand budgets & everything ads up, but it’s the customer service that’s an issue for me. For example I had a package with a barcode, the woman scans it and says to me “must be packaged ready to ship. This isn’t an approved shipping package and it’s not taped” and then didn’t even offer to sell me the appropriate shipping packaging…. I said “ummm okay” and left. That’s one example of the consistently TERRIBLE customer service I’ve gotten almost every time I have had to interact with someone there over the last 3 years. I have dozens of examples… it’s wild & clearly a management issue.
