Everyone has always been friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help, whether it was picking up mail, shipping something, or answering questions. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and this team consistently delivers it. The only reason I’m closing my mailbox is because I recently moved into my own warehouse and office space. I’ll absolutely continue using this UPS Store for my specialized shipping and mailing needs, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for dependable, friendly service.
