  We specifically chose this UPS store due to all the great reviews, and our experience was 5 stars as well! This store crew loves to serve and genuinely are helpful. We had an awkward, oversized Amazon return - a yard tool - that we did not know how to package for safe return. Chloe took one look at our weird tool and said her boss could figure out how to flat pack it. So we showed Matt the boss, and he said he WELCOMED the challenge to get it packed for us. So we left it in his professional hands, and Chloe scanned us out. They made it such an easy process, and how often do you see the boss working shoulder to shoulder with his team and leading with such initiative?! Thank you, Matt and Chloe!

  I personally go out of my way, and have for almost 4 years; have personally gone out of my way to go to this location specifically! Because of their customer service. For reference, (it’s part of my job) that on any given or all 7 days of the week, I’m bringing in anywhere from 5-38 individual packages for returns. Though I am very prepared (items are always packed/labeled correctly on my end) the staff is NEVER overwhelmed, rude, or pushy about the amount of packages I have to process. If anything they’re complimenting me on my execution for all things on my end and I’m happy to compliment them for their execution in helping me with a huge AOR of my job. All around, this 5 star review has been long overdue from me. Bravo 👏🏼 to this location and its crew. Restoring my faith in all things customer service in today’s world.

  I had such a great experience at The UPS Store! Cheryl was absolutely amazing, so kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She helped me prepare and print my son’s graduation announcements, and I was honestly worried about the cost at first. But UPS ended up being the most affordable option I’ve found for high-quality cardstock prints, beautifully folded and ready to go. Cheryl made the whole process easy and stress-free. She took the time to guide me, answer my questions, and make sure everything looked perfect. Because of her, I’ll definitely keep coming back for future printing needs. Thank you, Cheryl, for going above and beyond!
