  This was not an easy deal to close! Jennifer Riley did an outstanding job of keeping everyone Buyer/Seller/Agents informed every step of the way! Jennifer rescued this file from a different title officer and took it to closing, Bravo!! Jennifer is an out of the box thinker to make sure all sides benefit. Best title officer in North Texas! I highly recommend Jennifer for all of your closings.

  My first closing with Republic Title was an outstanding experience from start to finish! As the buyer’s agent, I truly appreciated the professionalism, communication, and care shown throughout the entire transaction. From the moment I arrived Hannah, the sweet girl at the front desk, made me feel so welcomed. I was a bit early and really enjoyed chatting with her. Jennifer Riley was absolutely exceptional. Her communication throughout the transaction was top-notch, and she took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the contract to my client, making them feel comfortable and informed every step of the way. She even handled a last-minute change quickly and seamlessly. I also had an issue on my end getting the CDA over until after closing, yet Jennifer handled it immediately. She made sure my commission was wired and in my account the very same day — on a Friday, no less! Jennifer truly went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for the experience. Looking forward to many more closings with Republic Title Richardson!

  Jennifer and the entire team are just "The Best" there is when it comes to a Title Company. From the front desk to the back office, they go out of their way to give us a great closing & make us feel at home. You cannot go wrong using the Shire Office in Richardson. It is a convenient location off George Bush Hwy.
