- RARobin A.Jul 28, 20261.0Long story short, I ordered something on ebay and the person sent out the wrong item. They knew they messed up and told me when I got the package to take it to the post office and do a return to sender. I get the package, I go to the post office, the male employee was instantly rude and said "this box has been opened. we don't return open boxes." it was in a standard at home box, not a USPS box, and the box literally had NOT been opened. I never opened the box ever. The tape was sealed on all sides from the sender. The label was even over the tape so if it had been so called "opened" the label would have been torn as well. He kept saying it was policy. Here, I did my own research after the fact, Policy does say they do return to sender but what he failed to clarify was that because it was the correct address on the actual label its not the fault of USPS but of the sender. He kept telling me that I needed to pay to ship it back and I said I wasn't paying for anything. I think he was speaking out his butt about the box being opened and just didn't know the legit "policy". Maybe they should read up on it themselves.

USPS always delivers my packages and makes me do a seek and find the package instead of leaving it where my directions specify. This company suck when it comes to dependability and reliability of receiving product a home owner pays for. They really suck.

I rescheduled delivery and it did not show up and the reschedule was expired. This means the package is officially in limbo.
