  Store #7406 in Red Oak, Tx. As a resident and business owner in this City. I have visited this location on several occasions for several services one in particular (Notary Services) which I'm very familiar with. For some reason on July 7/26 approx 9a. I went in to get documents notorized per usual and was told by the employee , name unknown(Red hair/non African American female) that she wasn't able to sign my documents because it was not an Ellis County document, which was the most ridiculous statement I've ever heard. If you're going to have a notary represent your establishment, at least they should know the basic regulations of a notary or she just decided she wanted to apply her own discretion for whatever reason unknown to me. Either way documents were happily signed by another establishment and I will most likely won't be returning.
