- BDBreanna DeweesJun 4, 20261.0Went there to go pick up my key for my mailbox I'm already going through a lot in my life and just went to go take care of what I needed to I went up there trying to change my address as well and was told that because I had previously lived an RV park that I would have to reach out to the individual places that have that address and change my address because I wasn't sure if it was a business or a residential business and if there was like any difference i was kind of confused and asking questions and then got an attitude from the female that was on staff I'm not sure what her name was but she had a heart paper clip tattoo on her right arm. I'm not sure if customer service is still the same as it was when I started working but from what I've been told the customer is always right and if they're not right then you can nicely explain to them how they can go about certain things not getting attitude with them because they're not understanding what you're sayings or asking if there is another way to go about things

- HBHailey BirlewMar 1, 20261.0Didn’t deliver my package, put a note in my mailbox, that said “Unsecured delivery” I followed the instructions on the note, for redelivery next day never delivered and with out notice or redelivery and me wondering why the never redelivery my package, I get an email that said that the marked it as unclaimed and sent it back to sender day off and after closing hours so that i couldn’t ask them what was going on. I didn’t get any other warnings in the mail and online it said redelivery processed. Really pissed about it, and the call I tried to make, made it really difficult to speak to and representative, Guys do better”
