- SSSandeep6 days ago1.0I sent a package more than a month ago, and it still never reached the destination. I had to use another carrier instead. I would never recommend using USPS, especially for packages without tracking, as they can easily get lost or discarded.

A couple of weeks ago, he refused to accept my package, saying the post office was closing in 15 minutes and asked me to come back another day. Recently, I returned again to get tracking for a return package, and he refused to provide it, claiming it only works if done online. It makes no sense that a service advertised as available online is not available in person at the post office. The inconsistency and lack of helpfulness were frustrating. Customer service should be about assisting customers, not turning them away. Very disappointing experience.
