One thing this location is going to do is lose a package. They said me and another customer had the same tracking number. Unbelievable!!! Package still never found!!!

If I could give a zero I would. During my visit to drop off a couple envelopes, I dropped the letters into the drop off box inside to the right … I turned to walk away and I heard someone open a door near to me, so I kept walking but looked behind me… the older white haired lady popped her head from behind the door said , “ Did you drop off packages?” Very rudely! Not excuse me ma’am… nothing … just accusatory and distasteful. If I can find another place to go.. I’ll go. People need to be better and more courteous.

The mail carrier for my neighborhood refuses to drop off my package. I’ve been waiting for 10 days now and have had three “sorry we missed you” slips left in my mailbox in the community bank when I get home from work, all marked with “package oversized”. I sign them or go online to request redelivery to my FRONT DOOR and the package is never left. It doesn’t help that they KNOW what’s being delivered and still won’t leave it. At this point, I’m concerned they’ve stolen it and they’re hoping I’ll give up and just request a refund from the shop.
