    Refused to send package to P.O. Box but went another location they did it without a problem

    They charged like 1.39 dollars for printing label for Amazon returns . 39 cents for printing a paper and 1 dollar for printing services .

    Really glad that we have a store in Princeton now saving a trip to Allen for returns. Clerk seemed snobbish because I brought my return in a box. Then refused to dispose of it stating he didn’t have room. Yes it was a small box. I retired from UPS. Back in my day we were taught to always take care of our customers. The Shipping Post will always be my first choice when possible.
