- KLKay LeeAug 28, 20261.0Such a bad experience with this post office. I mailed a package from tennessee a month ago and it was returned to me twice for "insufficient address". It gets all the way to the post office in presidio and THEN they send it back to me in tennessee. Twice. I even called the place it was being delivered to and they confirmed their address is indeed the same address that it was shipped to. So not sure what the malfunction is but it was supposed to be delivered in 2 days and instead it's been a month and it never made it. I ended up using UPS and it made it in 2 days (highly recommend). If only the post office had a phone number that actually lets you talk to someone a lot of these issues could be resolved quickly.

Even though it is a small town, they enjoy returning packages the same day they arrive, placing a note in the box the next day and purposely preventing people from getting them. Many times the tracking number indicates the package is there, but they do not place a yellow card and know nothing. They close without advice in the middle of the day. Employees need to give a little more every day. Long lines, lame service.

- AWAdalina WhitlockFeb 27, 20191.0I would rate this place a zero if I could. Their staff is rude and think they know everything and won’t let you talk. Always interrupting you. This has happened 3 times now, my package will show on the USPS website as available for pick up but when I get here they tell me it’s not available and that the website I’m looking at is wrong. Excuse me but it’s your website how is it wrong? Any other postal office has everything organized and available when it states it available online. They all need to be replace if they don’t want to do their jobs correctly. I’ll be filing a complaint on this location with corporate directly. Just because your the only post office available in Presidio doesn't give you the right to withhold people’s mail or take 2-3 days from when the package is delivered to put a slip in the mail box. Ridiculous.
