- PEPaul EzeJan 4, 20171.0The service of this post office is a disaster. I posted a priority mail from Prairie View, TX to Harrison township MI. The mail has tracking. Unfortunately, the mailbox was vacant when the mail arrived. I requested a return service so the mail was going to be returned back to me, if not delivered. For almost 3 weeks of tracking, the mail has not moved from its location in harrison township. I kept on going to the post office to contact their office at michigan and find out what is delaying the return. They kept on avoiding to help. Every visit was new story. They started by saying it was the end of year holidays, later the said it could be the weather, finally they said the mail was mistakenly taken to wisconsin. This kept me wondering, in 2017, in a developed country like USA, paid mail services are handled with utmost carelessness and disregard for the sender's intention and nothing can be done by the sender. They kept on telling me, be patient, it is not our fault, your mail will come back. This is the fourth week and tracking has not changed. I disappointed with USPS
