I came in the morning to do my daughter's passport and I forgot the pictures at home and for them to help me, I needed an appointment which I understand. I come back with the pictures to drop off the paperwork and the yound lady with glasses tells me I need an appointment; no I don't, she makes me wait just to tell me she can't help me because she's not trained for passport documents, then why did you not tell me that from the beginning instead of wasting my time and all morning going back and forth. Have a sign up when certain services are not available due to lack of training so people know because the only employee that knows how to do that was on a 2 & 1/2 hour lunch, seriously!!. Teach your employees first before leaving them by themselves and waste people's time.
