- GPGwendolyn Prince4 days ago1.0These people are taking my medical device on a Texas tour. It finally arrived in my city then shows in transit in a city 30 to 45 minutes away I call they said not to worry they will send it back to my city and it will be delivered the next day. I check the tracking today and it shows that it arrived at a facility that is 2 1/2 hours away and has a new delivery date of 5/22 and if I want to have a service review or something like that, that’ll cost me a delay of my package again of 2 to 3 business days. My child needs her medical device or her medicine is useless. She has severe asthma. It’s spring and everybody’s doing lawn maintenance. What do I do? Keep her inside?!
