Horrible experience with this post office! I have been waiting on an important piece of mail for over a month, and the handling of this situation has been extremely frustrating. I have an active mail forwarding request on file, and most of my mail has been successfully forwarded to my new address. However, a very important check continues to be sent to my old address. This is now the second time the company has had to issue this check because of problems involving mail delivery. The first check never arrived. Now, according to Informed Delivery, the replacement check is once again being sent to my old address despite the forwarding order that is already in place. I visited the post office this morning and spoke with Tina, but unfortunately I received very little assistance. I specifically requested that the carrier be contacted and instructed not to place the mail in the old mailbox and instead follow the forwarding order. Rather than helping resolve the issue, I was told that Informed Delivery could be wrong. However, I know that is not the case because I have already received other forwarded mail through the same system. To be fair, I do want to recognize Jason for his efforts. During the first incident, he was very helpful, took my concerns seriously, and even contacted the carrier in an attempt to locate the missing mail. I appreciate the time and effort he put into trying to resolve the issue. Jason also has my contact information, so there is already a way for someone to reach me if additional information is needed. At this point, it is difficult not to be concerned. My forwarding order is clearly working for other pieces of mail, yet this particular item continues to encounter problems. I am simply asking that the carrier be contacted, the mail be intercepted before delivery to the old address, and the check be forwarded to the correct address as requested. I have already filed a Missing Mail Search Request with USPS and will also be contacting the Postmaster and USPS Consumer Affairs regarding this matter. There needs to be accountability and immediate action taken before this important piece of mail is lost for a second time. I am disappointed with how this matter has been handled and hope someone will take ownership of resolving it before another important piece of mail goes missing.

Terrible post office. They marked that they pick up my packages, but they do not actually pick my packages up. People are also very unfriendly. Would recommend using UPS or FedEx in the area.

$12.90 for tracking on a envelope? Really? No secondary option? No wonder why people can't stand government workers. Not to mention at this same location I brought in a package, had it weighed and stamped and paid the amount. Only to find out USPS decided to change the amount that should have been paid when shipping it and charged the person I sent it to a extra amount. If they were a private or public company the government would allow us to sue for fraud. But because its the government, fraud is allowed.
