- YJYosh Jenkins3 days ago2.0Leaving this review because today I was told that usps no longer gives receipts as of Friday August 28th, 2026 when you drop off packages already labeled, this was my first time hearing this and I’ve been shipping for years. My father is a retired usps worker so this didn’t make any sense I asked him and he told me that it’s false. Google also says it false so I believe the clerk honestly didn’t want to do it for me which is very disappointing. Now I have to hope my packages get to their destinations and not lost or stolen without a receipt. Giving a receipt takes less than 2seconds.
