We have had great carriers in the 2+ years we have been here - very professional but friendly - post master is great and honestly we have very little to 0 issues with our home based business daily shipments that they handle for us. Great servive - great people!
- WLWilliam LanicekJun 7, 20241.0This is the worst post office I have ever dealt with. I had a 55lb package and the carrier said it was too heavy for her and left the slip in the mailbox. Well when I got to the post office she not only didn’t bring the package she didn’t deliver any of the mail since I had to come in to get my package. They also told me that they follow the Amazon trucks and if they put an Amazon package in a mail box they take it out of the mailbox and you have to PAY postage to the USPS to pick it up at the USPS office. That is absolutely ridiculous.
- CCCoryMay 25, 20211.00 star is what I would give if I could. This office (Poolville, 76487) needs to be closed, indefinitely! Lazy employees inside, & carrier(s) as well. Just deliver the mail, packages too. Frustrating to know my taxes pay their salaries.
