To add, mercari has a deadline for a person to review once a package is marked as delivered before they release transactions to the seller, so delaying a person's packages yet marking delivered is an issue for the buyer. Upon speaking to neighbors on my street, this is an ongoing issue, with packages being marked as delivered but receiving nothing until the next day. I also received someone else's packages in the parcel locker that I had a key to.
