- MGmelvin gruschowJul 17, 20261.0Probably the worst post office I've been to. Had to do a simple package pickup. Waited in the regular line for about 15 minutes before I was told to go wait in front of the out of sight package pickup door. Rang the door bell with 4 other people waiting, and no one turned up after 30+ minutes. Finally was told I had to wait back in the regular line again. Waited there for not too long before someone took mine and everyone elses slips (minus the people who had left) and told us to go back to the package pickup door, assuring us someone was waiting there to give us our packages. Well whatdoyaknow no one was there for another ten or so minutes. So an hours worth of time for something that should take essentially no time at all.

I've even gone there regarding lost mail, and the mail department hasn't given me the attention I needed, nor have I been able to recover my lost mail. Terrible service. I don't recommend it. I always recommend going to another post office where they provide much better service and excellent customer care. It's shameful that we live in Plano, a city known for its excellence, and have a post office with such insufficient and mediocre service for its residents.
- SGSaleemah GibbsJul 13, 20261.0I literally walked from my job to this post office just to mail something, only to arrive a little after 2:00 p.m. and find the doors locked. When I rang the bell, I was told the entire post office was closed for lunch. I’ve never experienced a whole post office closing for lunch before. If that’s the policy, it should be clearly posted on the website and at the location so people don’t waste their time making a trip. This was a major inconvenience, especially after walking all the way there during my break.
