- AAAnna6 days ago5.0Fast & efficient. And their label printer works! Remember for used box remove the old label. This place is operating normally. The status is wrong

Made my day. let's start, few days back I went to USPS in Allen (east 75) and the lady said the finger print machine is broken and has been broken for a while and the same for all USPS centers, what a lie, just had it today. Next, I went to USPS Richardson (on Apollo street/drive) and wow, and what a wow, the employee said what fingerprint, USPS don't do fingerprint... as if I was talking foreign language, and really made me doubt my presence there (since my first time doing this).. I am just puzzled how an employee tells you they do not do fingerprint? So for the lady today at USPS Plano made my day and corrected my doubt. Thank you and as I promised I am writing this review with 5 stars for her

- MDMike DalehiteAug 24, 20261.0I’m amazed they even have 2 stars! I guess this is just another customer complaint into the shredder. The guy refused to scan my 3 pre-labeled packages in and said I had to use the kiosk (they only have 1 and line was long). I asked if that was his policy or the post office. He didn’t answer, and I already knew the answer —> simply exercising his right to be lazy and do less work. Other post offices in plano have never refused to scan in.

I waited in line for approximately 20 minutes, only to be told that the service could not be provided due to what seemed like unreasonable requirements. In particular, staff member Samuel appeared inexperienced and was not helpful in resolving the issue. Instead of providing clear guidance or assistance, customers were simply sent back without a reasonable explanation. Not fluent and communicating. Government offices should have staff who are knowledgeable, professional, and willing to assist the public. Situations like this waste people’s valuable time and make an already stressful process even more difficult. I strongly recommend that management review this staff member’s conduct and provide appropriate training to prevent other customers from having the same experience.
